刘省珍,北京印刷学院印刷与包装工程学院副教授,主要从事印刷包装工程专业的教学与科研工作,专注印刷工艺优化、包装材料应用、印刷质量控制等相关领域研究与实践,教学与科研经验扎实,深耕一线人才培养与应用型技术研究。
主要研究方向为现代印刷工艺优化、印刷品质量检测与控制、功能性包装材料应用、绿色印刷技术改良。聚焦印刷生产过程中的质量缺陷管控、工艺参数优化、环保印刷技术升级、包装材料实用化适配等产业实际问题,立足印刷包装生产一线需求,开展应用型、工艺型科研研究,持续优化印刷生产工艺与质量控制体系。
科研方面,积极参与多项校企横向科研合作项目与校级、省部级科研课题,围绕印刷工艺改良、印刷质量提升、绿色印刷技术落地等方向开展技术攻关,积累了丰富的工艺优化与技术落地经验,助力合作企业优化生产工艺、提升印刷产品品质与生产效率。
教学方面,长期承担印刷包装工程专业本科生核心课程教学工作,专注课堂教学改革与实践教学创新,教学成果突出,曾荣获北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛工科类奖项。积极指导学生学科竞赛、创新创业项目与实践实习,深耕应用型人才培养,助力学生专业能力与工程实践素养提升。
Shengzhen Liu is a backbone young teacher at the School of Printing and Packaging Engineering, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in printing and packaging engineering, focusing on printing process optimization, packaging material application, printing quality control and other related fields, with solid practical experience in teaching and applied scientific research.
His primary research directions include modern printing process optimization, printing quality detection and control, functional packaging material application, and green printing technology improvement. He focuses on practical industrial problems such as quality defect control in printing production, optimization of process parameters, upgrading of environmental-friendly printing technology, and practical adaptation of packaging materials, and carries out applied and process-oriented scientific research to continuously optimize the printing production process and quality control system.
In scientific research, he has actively participated in a number of university-enterprise horizontal cooperative projects and provincial and school-level scientific research projects. He conducts technical research on printing process improvement, printing quality enhancement and green printing technology application, and has rich experience in process optimization and technical implementation, helping cooperative enterprises optimize production processes and improve product quality and production efficiency.
In teaching, he has long undertaken the teaching of core undergraduate courses in printing and packaging engineering, and focuses on teaching reform and practical teaching innovation. He has won excellent achievements in the Beijing University Young Teachers’ Basic Teaching Skills Competition. He actively guides students in discipline competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and practical training, and is committed to cultivating high-quality applied talents with solid engineering practical abilities.
